The Land

Panoramic views take center stage with the most amazing and uninterrupted lands filled with unique wildlife.

The Journey

The grasslands and wetlands of South Africa are some of the most biologically diverse ecosystems on earth, home to a wide variety of plants, animals, insects, and birds.

The Novel Proteins

The energetic, wide-eyed ostrich is native to the grasslands of South Africa. Though they are the world’s largest flightless birds, their long legs enable them to run at speeds of over 40 miles (65 km) per hour. Consuming a pure and balanced diet in their natural environment, ostriches breathe clean air and are free to roam through vast areas of territory. The meat and bones of these agile birds is a novel protein, uniquely lean, healthy, and delicious while posing a low risk of food allergies to pets.
